What to do if the mop robot doesn't work in the first place or stops working?
What to do if the base works but the robot doesn't turn on or the battery won't charge?
Please use a wet cloth and then a dry cloth to wipe the charging electrode of the robot. Then put the robot back in the base station and charge it for at least 5 hours. Then, see if the robot goes back to working normally. If the issue is still not solved, please let us know at any time.
How to deal with error codes?
